It will have the animated cutscenes from the PlayStation release of the game, as well as the two post-game dungeons (the Dimensional Vortex and the Lost Sanctum) of Chrono Trigger DS. It doesn't seem to possess the Arena of Ages mode from Chrono Trigger DS, though that was an unpopular addition to the game, so its absence won't be mourned.
The Steam version of Chrono Trigger comes with some of the benefits of the other special editions of the game.
